Engine has been rebuilt with Crower flat tappet cam, heads have stainless steel valves. Rocker arm assembly is orginal. Induction system consists of Holman and Moody dual quad intake manifold topped by correct Holley carburetors,rebuilt and plated to concourse specs, by Pony Carb in New York Original Ford dual point ignition rebuilt to concourse specs by Ford Power in southern California
Transmission: Original 4- speed top loader (numbers matching) with Hurst Competition Plus shifter Recent input shaft and new bearings
Rear end: Factory 9 inch has Traction Lock, 31 spline axles, and 325 gearing. New traction master traction bars in trunk for installation.
Exhaust: New high performance 3 inch exhaust with Dr Gas crossover and Flow Master mufflers. Aluminized Hedman headers with new gaskets
Wheels: Original Magstar wheels (on original car order a documented oplion) in excellent condition with new BF Goodrich Comp TIA Z rated radial tires.
Trim: New weather-stripping through-out. In board high beam headlights (early car). Functional brake cooling air ducts. All fiberglass Shelby panels, trunk lid, hood etc. are original and in excellent condition.
Suspension: All original suspension components with new bushings. etc. Front upper control arms lowered 1 inch to Shelby spec. New Koni shocks, brake lines and hoses
